The electric ceramic hob is a kind of cooking appliance that uses electric current to convert electric energy into heating energy. Its main structure is heater, ceramic glass, electric control system, temperature control system and power cord and so forth.
The basic information
The electric ceramic hob heating plate is composed of an iron-chromium heating piece and a heat insulating plate which are heating parts, whose characteristics are progressive temperature rise, total heat balance, fitting for all the cookwares etc. It is difficult to appear the condition with the paste chassis, fake boiling and so on. The cooking modes is the same as the gas stove, which are roast, stir fry, hot pot, boil, slow stew, warm milk, soup...and it can also be equipped with baking trays and grilled nets for barbecue.
